Increase In Heroin Overdoses In Portland

(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials say they have seen a spike of heroin overdoses in downtown Portland.  The increase started Wednesday and led into Thursday but no deaths have been reported.  The overdoses are reportedly in the single digits and officials are working to get more Nalozone, a drug used to reverse an overdose, to local syringe exchange sites.  No other information has been released.
