(Portland, OR)  --  A dog that was doused with gasoline and set on fire earlier this year is getting a new home.  The Oregon Humane Society says "Amber" was severely burned after being set on fire by her previous owner in California.  Amber was recently adopted by a man named Michael who says he lost his own dog in October.  He said he had no interest in getting a new dog until he saw Amber's story on the news.
