(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead after being hit by a truck on Interstate 205 at Foster Road yesterday morning.  A delivery truck reportedly hit a person on the freeway around 3 a.m. yesterday morning.  The pedestrian was dead when police and medical responders arrived.  The driver is said to be cooperating with police.  The accident caused a three hour closure for southbound lanes.
