(Portland, OR)  --  An iconic costume shop in Northeast Portland is shutting its doors after more than a century in business.  Helen's Pacific Costumers is set to close up shop for good at the end of next month.  The shop has been open for almost 128 years, but owner Pam Monette is set to retire soon and tells KATU she plans to sell the shop.
