(North Plains, OR)  --  Two people are injured following a tandem bike crash in North Plains yesterday afternoon.  Police say at least one of the people had life-threatening injuries and had to be transported to the hospital by air.  The bike was coming down a hill and crashed.  No vehicles were involved.
