Woodburn Police Officer Pleads Guilty To Misconduct, Sentenced To Probation

(Salem, OR)  --  A former Woodburn police officer will have to serve probation after he had sex with women several times while on duty.  Timothy Cobos pleaded guilty to official misconduct and is ordered to perform community service.  He has resigned from the police department and has agreed to give up his law enforcement certifications.  Cobos also admitted to having sex in his patrol car.  Police Chief Jim Ferraris said in court yesterday that Cobos, quote, "meets the definition of a corrupt cop."
