(Portland, OR)  --  The victims of a home explosion in North Portland are being identified.  Police say 42-year-old Matthew McCrann and 68-year-old Richard Cisler died Monday afternoon following an explosion that destroyed a home and damaged two others.  Witnesses in the area say the explosion shook the neighborhood like an earthquake.  Authorities are still trying to determine what caused the explosion.
