(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are looking for a thief who stole a car using a tow truck Monday night.  Home surveillance video in the area shows the tow truck hauling the car away from a home in the area of Northeast 122nd and Halsey Street.  Police say the car is a 2001 Pontiac Trans Am.  Police say it could be a "truck on the clock" that stole the car.
