(Portland, OR)  --  Court documents show that the man accused of breaking into an elderly woman's home tied her up and threatened to kill her.  Sergio Jose Martinez is accused of breaking into a 65-year-old woman's home on Northeast Irving Monday and sexually and physically assaulting her.  Police say he tied her up with scarves and hit her several times.  Martinez has a lengthy criminal record and is also connected to an assault on a woman in a parking garage later that day.  He has been deported to Mexico more than 20 times.  He faces several sexual abuse and assault charges.
