(Vancouver, WA)  --  Washington state officials say fire crews were working to contain two small brush fires in Vancouver yesterday.  Crews were battling the blazes on SR-14 at milepost 5.1 near Ellsworth Avenue yesterday.  The fires backed up traffic and briefly closed the westbound SR-14 off-ramp to Lieser Road.
