Free Lunches Disappearing In 12 Schools

(Portland, OR)  --  A dozen Portland schools are saying goodbye to free lunches.  Portland Public Schools says the 12 schools will no longer be providing free lunch to all students in the coming school year.  School district officials tell KATU the schools have fallen outside of requirements for federal funding of free meals due to rising incomes.  Roosevelt, Jefferson and Madison high schools are among schools affected.
