Police: Driver Likely Drinking Before Highway 99W Pedestrian Crash

(King City, OR)  --  Investigators say alcohol was likely involved in a two-car crash that sent a pedestrian to the hospital.  Police believe 58-year-old Tigard resident Michelle McMillian was drinking Saturday night before she crashed into another vehicle on Highway 99 West near Fischer Road.  The collision sent the second vehicle crashing into 36-year-old Nathaniel Franciosi, who was walking on the sidewalk along Highway 99 West.  Franciosi was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
