(Portland, OR)  --  Finding a quick bite to eat in Portland might be a little more difficult this week.  KATU reports many food carts are cutting their hours this week due to the excessive heat watch.  The temperatures inside food carts can often rise to 30 degrees above the outside temperature thanks to the grills, which are fired up for most of the time.
