(Portland, OR)  --  An outdoor burn ban is in effect for Multnomah County.  The Multnomah Fire Defense Board has issued a ban on recreational campfires, fire pits, yard debris burning, agricultural burning and permits issued for open burning.  Outdoor barbecuing is still OK.
