(Portland, OR)  --  An 18-year-old man is dead after drowning in the Columbia River near Sauvie Island.  Authorities say the man was on a boat with five other teenagers yesterday when they all decided to hop into the water and swim to shore.  The 18-year-old struggled and slipped underneath the water.  Search crews recovered his body last night.
