(Salem, OR)  --  One man is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting two young girls at a daycare based out of his home.  Police arrested 53-year-old Jeffrey Rauch this week near Salem on multiple felony charges.  Police say Rauch assaulted two girls under 14 at his home on Ward Drive Northeast.  He's currently being held without bail.
