(Portland, OR)  --  All Portland outdoor pools will be closed again today due to poor air quality.  Indoor pools will remain open.  The Environmental Protection agency says Portland's air quality index is "unhealthy" for the third day in a row.  The smoky haze is coming from wildfires in B.C. and across the Pacific Northwest.
