(Portland, OR)  --  The Interstate 5 near Terwilliger is fully open again following a drywall mud spill that shut down northbound lanes last night.  Transportation officials say a tractor-trailer lost a pallet of the drywall while going around a curve in the road.  The spill left several lanes coated in the muck.  Crews finished cleaning the roadways last night.
