(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say a man is getting help after suffering a mental health crisis that shut down an intersection last night.  Police say officers took the man to the hospital after the incident at Southeast Powell and Milwaukie.  The man was allegedly armed with a knife and gasoline, but police say no one was hurt in the incident.
