(Portland, OR)  --  Portland's air quality is back in the unhealthy range.  The Air Quality Index is listed at 153 as of early this morning.  That's in the unhealthy range for everyone but especially for those with breathing problems.  Forecasters expect the haze to stick around for much of today.
