(Portland, OR)  --  The city of Portland is facing a lawsuit from a Black Lives Matter activist who says she was arrested without probable cause.  Teressa Raiford says her arrest for disorderly conduct in 2015 was the result of her demonstrations against police brutality.  The charge was later dropped.  Raiford is seeking half-a-million-dollars.
