(Portland, OR)  --  Portland's first Pan African festival is in the books.  Hundreds of people flocked to Pioneer Courthouse Square Saturday to celebrate African roots and culture.  African food, music and fashion were all on display.  Several state and city leaders made appearances, including Mayor Ted Wheeler, Senator James Manning and Representative Janelle Bynum.
