(Umatilla, OR)  --  An investigation is under way into the death of an inmate at the Two Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla.  Authorities say officers found 64-year-old Benjamin Yzaguirre unresponsive inside his cell Saturday night.  He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.  Yzaguirre was serving a six-year sentence for rape.
