(Gresham, OR)  --  Authorities in Gresham are warning residents about a man pretending to be a police officer.  Police say the man has been calling up businesses identifying himself as either Sergeant Jason Cook or Lieutenant Finley.  He then allegedly tells the business they owe unpaid fines.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
