(Undated)  --  The total solar eclipse is a week away, but it may be a bust in much of Oregon.  Accuweather is predicting cloud cover for next Monday morning that will nearly or completely obscure the rare phenomenon.  The forecasters say that the eclipse will likely be completely obscured in Aurora, Baker City, Madras, McMinnville, Newport, Ontario, Redmond and Salem.  Places like Eugene, Hillsboro, Portland and Troutdale are expected to be more than 99-percent socked-in at the time of the event.
