(Polk County, OR)  --  A 19-year-old man is facing more than a decade behind bars for a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Polk County.  Brendan James Duck has been sentenced to twelve years for hitting and killing James Osredkar on Highway 22 in April.  Authorities say Duck was driving a stolen car and was in possession of meth at the time of the crash.
