(Vancouver, WA)  --  A fugitive wanted in Multnomah County is behind bars following a SWAT standoff in southern Washington.  Police say 30-year-old Uriah Schlosser broke into his parents' house in Vancouver yesterday afternoon, causing his parents to flee.  Police arrested Schlosser after a four-hour standoff with SWAT crews.  He's now facing a charge of domestic violence breaking and entering.
