(Florence, OR)  --  A missing Dallas woman is safe and in stable condition after being found near the Sea Lion Caves in Florence.  Authorities say 37-year-old Heather Mounce's husband found her yesterday at the base of steep terrain along the shoreline.  Authorities called in the Coast Guard to hoist her to safety.  Mounce had been missing for five days.
