(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is behind bars in connection to a hit-and-run after crashing her car at the scene of the crime a day later.  Police arrested Natalya Zakhariya yesterday after she crashed into a tree off Highway 30 in Corbett.  Zakhariya is accused of crashing into a bicyclist in the same area on Tuesday morning and then fleeing the scene.  The bicyclist suffered some scrapes in the crash but is expected to be okay.
