(Beavercreek, OR)  --  One man is facing charges following a gunfight that left another man dead in rural Clackamas County.  Police say 47-year-old Howard Bunnell Jr. is facing manslaughter charges for the incident Monday night at a home on South Buckner Creek Road.  Bunnell Jr. is accused of shooting 45-year-old Alvin Wallenstein to death during an argument in the driveway.  Police say both men exchanged gunfire during the incident.
