(Undated)  --  Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke wants to shrink Oregon's Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument.  The "Washington Post" reports that it's one of three federally protected areas that Zinke recommends be reduced in size.  The decision came yesterday, after a 120-day review of national monuments.  Governor Kate Brown says after President Trump ordered the review, she expected the worst from Zinke's recommendation.
