(Sandy, OR)  --  Police in Sandy say a bomb threat caused them to evacuate part of a neighborhood last night.  Police asked residents on Woodbury Street to either evacuate or stay inside away from the windows while they investigated the suspicious device.  Police say the device was discovered in a garage.  A bomb squad was called in to make sure it was safe.
