(Portland, OR)  --  Portland's International Rose Test Garden is marking an historic milestone.  The garden celebrated its 100th birthday with a centennial celebration on Saturday.  The party featured live music, art and cupcakes.  The garden was created to help preserve European rose varieties during World War One.
