(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing possible DUI charges after police found him asleep in his vehicle in the middle of an intersection.  Police reported to the intersection of Northeast 99th Avenue and Glisan Street early yesterday morning after someone called 911 to report a driver asleep at the wheel.  Officers parked their patrol cars directly behind and in front of the man's vehicle before waking him to prevent him from fleeing when woken.
