(Undated)  --  An Oregon man is suing Showtime over problems with its pay-per-view packages to watch last weekend's Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight.  Zack Bartel has filed a class-action lawsuit against Showtime in federal court.  The fight Saturday night was delayed because of problems with the video feed.  Bartel says the stream also featured grainy video, error screens, buffer events and stalls.  Showtime produced the telecast and a spokesman said yesterday the network is taking care of refunds to what it called a "limited number" of people who complained.
