(Corvallis, OR)  --  A Wilsonville man is facing child sex abuse charges after police say they found thousands of images of children on his cell phone.  Police arrested 35-year-old Corey Koch yesterday on 54 counts of encouraging child sex abuse two.  Police say investigators also found photos of women in various states of undress without their knowledge on the phone.  Koch was initially arrested in April after he was allegedly caught peeping at a partially dressed woman through the window of a Corvallis home.
