(Sherwood, OR)  --  The so-called "TriMet Barber" is facing new charges.  Authorities say 30-year-old Jared Walter will be arraigned in court today on new charges for cutting a girl's hair on a bus leaving the Sherwood Ice Arena in April.  He's already serving time for cutting the hair of another woman on a TriMet bus in May.  Walter is a registered sex offender.
