(Portland, OR)  --  The FBI is offering a ten-thousand-dollar reward for information on the so-called "Double Hat Bandit."  Federal investigators say the suspect robbed more than a dozen banks at gunpoint in Oregon, Washington and a few other states between December and July.  Surveillance footage shows the suspect wearing a knit hat over a baseball cap.
