(Depoe Bay, OR)  --  Two men are dead after their boat capsized off of Depoe Bay.  The Coast Guard says an 81-year-old man and a 75-year-old man were both killed Friday after their boat capsized near the harbor.  Family members say the two had gone to the coast for a day of fishing.
