(Boring, OR)  --  Authorities are investigating the discovery of a car submerged in the Clackamas River.  A kayaker called authorities last night after finding the car under water at the boat ramp at Barton Park.  A search of the vehicle didn't turn up any bodies.  It's not yet clear how long the car has been there.
