(Bay City, OR)  --  The Coast Guard is ending its search for a Canadian man missing off the coast of Oregon.  Authorities say they think the 51-year-old man may have fallen from a cliff Sunday in Oswald West State Park.  The Coast Guard shut down their search efforts Sunday night after locating one shoe and a backpack that belonged to the man.  Coast Guard officials say the search could continue if more information becomes available.
