(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is under way into racist graffiti at a Northeast Portland mosque.  Authorities say someone spray painted the word "ISIS" on a wall of the Abu-Baker Islamic Center over the weekend.  Police believe the vandalism happened sometime between Friday and Saturday.
