(Portland, OR)  --  Southwest Portland has a new track and playing field.  Community leaders gathered last night for a dedication ceremony for the new track and field at Duniway Park. The field features all-weather synthetic turf that won't turn soggy in the rain.  The field was fully funded by the company Under Armour.
