(Skamania County, WA)  --  The Archer Mountain Fire in southern Washington is now 100-percent contained.  Fire officials declared the fire contained yesterday morning and lifted all evacuation notices.  The fire has burned 260 acres.  It started September 5th after the Eagle Creek Fire jumped the Columbia River into Washington from Oregon.
