(Vancouver, WA)  --  One person is injured after a passenger train crashed into a semi-truck in Vancouver.  Authorities say the semi-truck driver was passing over the tracks when his truck got stuck.  He tried to call the railroad emergency line but then saw an approaching Amtrak Cascades train and immediately fled the vehicle.  One train crewmember suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
