(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police say one person was hospitalized after being shot in Vancouver, Washington.  Officers reported to the 1900 block of Todd Road yesterday afternoon after receiving reports of a shooting and found one man with a gunshot wound.  One suspect was taken into custody.  Police say it appears the victim and suspect knew each other.
