(Woodland, OR)  --  A manhunt is under way in southern Washington for a suspect accused of domestic violence and dangerous weapon charges.  Police in Woodland are looking for 28-year-old Kyle Runyon.  He was last seen yesterday morning in the 2300 block of Lewis River Road.  Police in Clark County also suspect Runyon of being involved in a boat theft at a home on the Lewis River.
