(Troutdale, OR)  --  Eastbound Interstate 84 is open to traffic again after being closed for almost a month due to the Eagle Creek Fire.  The Oregon Department of Transportation reopened the highway Saturday afternoon.  Authorities have also reopened SR 14 just north of the Columbia River Gorge in Washington.
