(Harney County, OR)  --  Oregon State Police are searching for a suspect in an elk poaching case.  Police say someone illegally killed a bull elk in Harney County and left its carcass to rot.  Someone found the animal near Buffalo Reservoir Saturday.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.  A five-thousand-dollar reward is being offered for information leading to a conviction.
