(Hillsboro, OR)  --  A Hillsboro man is facing first degree animal cruelty charges for the death of his neighbor's cat.  Police arrested 37-year-old Michael Scott Klein Tuesday afternoon.  Klein is accused of killing his neighbor's cat during the night while having a mental health crisis.  The neighbor told police that Klein's dog was also dead.  An investigation is ongoing.
